This is my 3rd med kit I’ve ordered, and I’ve been happy with each one.
I purchased the Overlander First Aid Kit. I then purchased three C-A-T Tourniquets and three 4/5" NAR Compressed Gauze. The kit with these items will allow me to handle more patience with extremity bleeding. I removed the splint to allow for the added items. The bag is an efficient design holding everything in place until you need. I did have a zipper lanyard pull out of the plastic clip but was able to make a quick repair by reassembling it.
I had the unfortunate timing of ordering this right before the hurricane hit, got an email stating that they were assisting with recovery efforts & shipping would be delayed. Still got it within a few days. You guys are amazing, keep up the good work you do.

Has everything as described. Perfect kit and small enough to put in my bag on my motorcycle. Let's hope I never need to use it but helps knowing I have it if needed.

I bought this kit to go in my Girlfriend’s 2009 Jeep JKU. The kit covers all the basics I wanted it to! We do go off-roading and wanted a comprehensive kit to cover any emergencies we might encounter. The Vanguard bag is fantastic!! I just need to decide where to mount the bag in the Jeep. Overall, I am highly impressed and thankful for such a great piece of gear!
Had a good experience, was expecting a shipping delay since it said on the website there will be one.
