Stop the Bleed Supplies
Uncontrolled bleeding is a leading cause of preventable death after an injury, and help can take minutes to arrive. Our Stop the Bleed supplies give you the tools to act in those first critical minutes. Every product here is selected by our paramedic owner for real-world hemorrhage control.
Stop the Bleed Kits
A Stop the Bleed kit keeps your bleeding control supplies together so you can grab them and go. The Skinny Medic STB Kit is a slim, affordable kit with wound packing gauze, trauma dressings, and gloves. Pair it with a tourniquet for complete coverage. If you want a tourniquet included, the Vanquest FATPack Trauma Kit and Condor Customizable Trauma Kit let you choose your tourniquet and hemostatic gauze. You’ll find more options in our trauma kits collection.
Tourniquets
A tourniquet is the most important tool for life-threatening bleeding from an arm or leg. We carry the Gen 7 CAT, SOF Tourniquet (SOFTT), SAM XT, TMT, ETQ, and the compact SWAT-T, along with pouches and holders to keep yours ready to deploy. Not sure which to choose? Read our tourniquet buying guide.
Hemostatic Gauze and Wound Packing
For wounds where a tourniquet can’t be used, such as the neck, armpit, or groin, packing the wound with gauze and holding firm pressure is what stops the bleeding. QuikClot Combat Gauze and Celox Rapid Gauze contain hemostatic agents that help blood clot faster. Shop all hemostatic gauze and dressings.
Pressure Dressings
After packing, a pressure bandage holds everything in place. The Israeli Bandage and NAR Emergency Trauma Dressings are trusted choices, and Multi-Trauma Dressings cover larger wounds. Find more in our pressure bandages collection.
Stop the Bleed Training Supplies
Stop the Bleed training teaches three skills: applying direct pressure, packing a wound, and applying a tourniquet. Practice builds confidence, so instructors and students use the CAT Trainer to rehearse without wearing out a live tourniquet.
