I found MGO through, how most people found him, by PrepMedic on Youtube. I went with the large trauma kit and I have never been so ecstatic to have a trauma kit this comprehensive in its' nature. As a newly certified EMT I am so pleased to have a kit like this to back me up in my personal vehicle.
This is my first trauma kit and luckily haven’t had to use it. Really like the quality of the Vanquest bag and it will fit more than you’d expect. Very well built. The supplied components seem to be of good quality. The scissors are much better than your average variety. I’ve added some basic boo-boo items, KT tape, a few more 4” gauze, SWAT-T tourniquet, etc. and they all fit no problem. Will definitely be ordering from MGO in the future.
Great kit. It comes with x shears which is a huge plus. And the extra boo boo items are nice to have as well. I went with the condor bag, and the mounting and rip away feature work well. I added an extra tourniquet to the outside since it only comes with one. Would recommend for a car or range bag.
Great little IFAK. We have it attached to our camping backpacks. We bought 2 because 2 is 1 and 1 is none, and if we were to get separated while out hiking and camping, and need medical help, we both have one. They are just big enough but not too big. They have pretty much everything you could need. The bag itself is very sturdy and very well made. One of the best purchases I have made this year. Made a video and posted it one youtube.

I got 2 Large First Aide kits, 1 for my girlfriends SUV and 1 for my truck.
They look to have everything we might need for an emergency.
And there is just enough room left in the Vanquest 7x10 to add a couple items if I discover I am missing something in the future.
I did put a small strip of velcro loop between the grab handle and the top moly loop so that you have to give the grab handle a good tug to open the bag.

I purchased this trauma kit from Medical Gear Outfitters for my 4Runner. I want to know my gear is quality brand name items, and I am willing to pay for it. I have a molle shelving unit in the back of my truck, and I have mounted this kit to it. If I need it, I just have to pull it off the Velcro mount. It is very secure.
I now have two of these, one in each vehicle. They are well equipped and easy to access. So far, nobody has needed one, but if we do, I am glad to have them.
Needed a second medical kit for my truck. This had everything I was looking for and is well packaged. The supplies are top notch from reputable companies. I also purchased the overland refill kit to beef up this one and feel better not having to remember to grab my trauma kit from the family car when I head out over landing.
I purchased two of these trauma kits. These are attached to mine, and my wife's hunting backpacks. Although we don't expect to be injured on a hunting trip, you just never know what will happen. This kit provides the best all-around items needed for the types of injuries that could be encountered while hunting.

I have purchased one of these to keep in my vehicle and one for each of my kids vehicles just in case. Fortunately, no need has yet arisen, but I would never forgive myself if one of my kids or loved ones were injured and suffered any type of loss because I/we/they didn't have the medical supplies needed for the situation. Not cheap, but also could prove priceless if needed.

I carry this kit in my RZR just in case we come across someone in need of help. We came across a motorcycle rider in the dunes during our last trip out, and he had a pretty bad gash in his leg. The previous kit that we purchased didn’t have everything we needed in it, but it helped to patch the guy up and get him back to his camp. These kits are an amazing value, and we continue to add and build up to hopefully help our group and those in need out on the trail. Great products at a reasonable price.
